I wouldln't say it's the most beautiful place in the world, fair warning. But it's reliable and I am responsive if you have issues.
This unit has all the standard stuff: Three bedrooms, one bathroom, a spacious living room, light switches, walls, a little patio space out back, two parking spots. Is it walkable to UWM? That's really someting you're going to have to look in the mirror and figure out. I would say it is walkable in the fall and spring and a little dicier in the winter.
But, hey, everyone has virtual class options now right? (I don't know if that's true, as I am not a college student, but I hope it is for your sake!)
Can also confirm unit has brand new plumbing, a water heater installed in 2022 and is not haunted.
